To start with, it is not necessary to have a piano, as there is a virtual piano available on the website. However, when you reach Grade 2 and 3, it is recommended to have a piano or keyboard, even if it is just a 61-key keyboard.

You can only cancel (cancellation can be anytime) a current plan and then subscribe to a new plan. But unfortunately, an upgrade or downgrade from a current plan is not yet available.

Lessons are explainer videos. You learn at your own pace and revisit any lesson unlimited times. Note that access to theory and practical exercises are limited, depending on what plan you are subscribed to. This course starts at Grade 1 and finishes at Grade 5. For example, lessons of Grade 2 won't be available until you have finished the Grade 1 lessons.

We offer a 7-day trial on the Allegretto, Moderato and Presto plans. After 7 days, a subscription fee will be charged depending on the plan you are subscribed to.

Lessons are uploaded per week, equating to approximately 15 minutes of lesson time. The quizzes and exercises (note again, access to exercises are limited, depending on what plan you are subscribed to), for the lessons being uploaded, take about 10–15 minutes to complete. These add up to approximately 30 minutes of lesson time — the same as one face-to-face lesson per week.

No, it depends on the student. Some may grasp the concepts so quick that they finish the week's content in 15 minutes and others may finish it in 30 minutes. The duration of the lesson content is just an estimate.
