To start with, it is not necessary to have a piano, as there is a virtual piano available on the website. However, when you reach Grade 2 and 3, it is recommended to have a piano or keyboard, even if it is just a 61-key keyboard.

Lessons are explainer videos. You learn at your own pace and revisit any lesson unlimited times. This plan starts by Grade 1 and finishes by Grade 5. You have to do the lessons grade by grade, you can't jump from Grade 2 to Grade 5, for example.

We offer a 7-day trial on the monthly plan. After 7 days, a subscription fee will be charged. There are no trials on discounted offers.

Lessons are uploaded per week, equating to approximately 15 minutes of lesson time. The quizzes and exercises for the lessons being uploaded, take about 10–15 minutes to complete. These add up to approximately 30 minutes of lesson time — the same as one face-to-face lesson per week.

No, it depends on the student. Some may grasp the concepts so quick that they finish the week's content in 15 minutes and others may finish it in 30 minutes. The duration of the lesson content is just an estimate.
